I am a student of NYIP, which stands for New York Institute of Photography. On the site they started a project called "project 52" which means taking a photograph every week in varying categories. I am going to attempt to do this, hoping that work, home and family allow me the time I need to spend on this.

I am really hoping I can get outside tomorrow to take my first February picture "winter"! We now have over two feet of snow...maybe three feet...I have lost track. I just know that we are now up to our eyeballs in snow! Snowbanks are high, roofs are loaded down, and more to come this weekend. Gotta love New Hampshire!
I just need to feel better so I can get out there and get some photos, been coming down with a head cold the past couple days, and a severe case of laryngitis!

Yesterday I finally went outside to take a few pictures of the most recent snowfall we had here in New Hampshire (USA) I have been sick the past few days so it was a struggle to get out there but I did and want to share my next Project 52 Image....

Looking forward to today, Feb 12, 2011 as I am riding up to Bangor Maine with some friends and hoping to get some shots along the way for my next "winter" picture!!!
OK then, I did not like the pictures I got on the trip up to Bangor so here is one I shot in January. Does this count or am I totally messing up the point of this project?? I really did take one, a sunset picture but caught it a few minutes too late and the composition really sucked!
